Learn common idioms and slang, and experience using them in real life, or simply practice whatever is important to YOU!

I believe learning a language should be FUN, PRACTICAL and ENGAGING.

Private lessons are customized to the client's needs. I enjoy teaching English in real-life situations (i.e. going to the grocery store, bank, café, restaurant, etc.)

My clients are all ages and levels (I’m studying Mandarin, and can help beginner Chinese students).

Lessons may include:

• life skills for new arrivals

• job interview skills

• executive coaching

• reading and writing

• preparing for presentations

Tutoring session times vary according to the individual, and I typically go to the student's home or meet at a public venue.
